What you own, and how it is held.
Each asset, its rough value, how it is held and whether it carries a nomination.

Private walkthrough
Forty-five minutes, one to one, on how Singapore's rules apply to the shape of your estate: what you own, where it would go today, and where the gaps are.
The walkthrough
What an estate is, and what sits outside it.
What happens if you do nothing.
Who can access what, and when.
What happens if you lose capacity.
The instruments, and what each one does.
Your map.
What you leave with
You leave with four worksheet pages, completed together during the walkthrough:
Each asset, its rough value, how it is held and whether it carries a nomination.
Your family shape, which rules apply, and where each asset would end up.
Direction, authority and liquidity, checked one by one.
Actions, owners and dates.
The worksheets are yours to keep whatever you decide.
Before you come
A rough list of what you own and how each item is held is enough. Include any CPF or insurance nominations you know of. No documents are needed.
If the available times do not work for you, email [email protected] to request a time outside standard hours.
The walkthrough explains how Singapore's rules apply to your circumstances in general terms. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace a lawyer drafting your will or a certificate issuer for a lasting power of attorney.
